Even with a complete outline handed to him the website was very basic and worse than when I asked for help. He refused to provide a refund after I was obviously dissatisfied. The site had to be taken offline because not good for business. Good help is hard to find, if the hosting platform doesn't provide top tier templates at least have banners or some type of design to help out the service you are providing. Super dissatisfied and I wouldn't purchase again. His work is nothing like the samples provided in the examples. He also reused previous designs on the homepage and added cartoons which look awful, i specifically asked for people of a certain decent not cartoons.
