Very mixed. Communicative and sincere worker. Excellent autonomy. Creative and confident. Good for a "do it however you want to do it" project. However, much less good at understanding or following client-determined specs even when provided with a screenshot. Said "yes" without actually being able or willing to fulfill specs. Recalcitrant. I paid full price for code I cannot use, does not function properly and does not comply with the specs I agreed to pay for. But very sincere if he can do things his way.
